Ingredients:
Glukosamin sulfate 375 mg+ MSM 500 mg + Vitamin C 50 mg + Manganese sulfate 5 mg per tablet.

Advice:
The tablets are taken with water, but may be divided or crushed before ingestion. The daily intake may be taken all at once.

Use:
To be used when increased supply of Glucosamine and MSM are required, e.g. due to work or sports where there are increased stresses on the joint cartilage, tendons and ligaments. May be used when supply of MSM is required in addition to glucosamine..

Daily Intake:
The recommended intake is 4 tablets each day. After 4 to 8 weeks this may be reduced to 2 tablets each day according to specific requirements

Side effects:
Mild symptoms from the intestinal tract may appear.

Storage:
The tablets should be stored and handled in its original packaging and kept at temperatures less than 25 degrees.
